The castle of Saint-Brisson can be visited all days from the first weekend in april to november the 15th, except mondays from 10-12 h. and from 14.00-18.00 h.

Exception: Monday’s in july and august, when the castle is open all week.


The castle can only be visited on fixed times under supervision of a guide.

Demonstrations catapult shooting take place every tuesday, Thursday en Sunday in july and august, at 16.00 h., with also the possibility of booking groups of 20 persons or more, in April till November.

Activity catapult shooting for children:


Self-making disguise in a knight or princess, and assist dressed up in the catapult shooting. The children can take their disguise home.

All Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August at 15.00 h.; followed by assisting the catapult shooting at 16.00 h.

Activity dressed-up visit of the children to the castle :


Discovery of life in former times in a castle; organizing tasks, living together of lords of the castle and servants and funny stories about that.

All Wednesdays and Fridays in July and August at 14.30 h.

Catapult shooting for children

Activity: to dress up as a knight or princess, to may assist in catapult shooting in that disguise.

The children are allowed to take their disguise home.
